一直从事膜蛋白质样品预处理和分离分析新技术与新方法的研究。主要包括:系统研究了离子液体与膜蛋白质相互作用机理, 发展了基于离子液体的膜蛋白质样品预处理方法,显著地提高了膜蛋白质的分析能力;构建并发展了基于“膜”和“双相柱”为载体的微量样品预处理平台及方法, 能够有效地提高微量膜蛋白质样品预处理的效率、回收率及通量。
