张扬博士，复旦大学生物医学研究院讲师、工程师。1997~2001年就读于浙江大学生物学专业本科；2001~2004年就读于浙江大学生物系生物信息学专业，获得硕士学位；2008~2012年就读于复旦大学生命科学学院生化与分子生物学专业，获得博士学位。2004年至今在复旦大学生物医学研究院蛋白质组学和系统生物学实验室工作，负责生物信息学方面的硬件与软件平台的架设，同时参与以蛋白质组学数据为核心的癌症生物标志物挖掘方法与糖蛋白质组学研究。在糖蛋白质组学研究中利用现有主流的质谱技术，开发了糖肽谱图自动化搜索平台，并在标准品与实际样品的测试中已取得较好的结果，相关软件GRIP已经成形，有望投入到大规模的疾病蛋白质组学中。
