张纪阳,男,于2004-2009年间在北京蛋白质组研究中心从事合作研究,2008年获得生物信息学方向的工学博士学位。主要从事质谱数据分析,机器学习和模式识别方向的研究。2010年开始主持一项国家自然科学基金青年基金项目的研究。作为主要参与人参与两项国家自然科学基金面上项目的研究。获得软件著作权8项。
