应万涛,博士,副研究员1998年毕业于国防科技大学, 2004年放射与辐射医学研究所博士毕业并留所工作。2008.12009.12于美国波士顿大学医学院质谱中心/心血管蛋白质组学研究中心开展博士后研究。2010年回国就职于北京蛋白质组研究中心。先后以第一作者、通讯作者或共同作者发表SCI收录论文40余篇,参与编写蛋白质组研究相关专著7部。2007年国际人类蛋白质组组织大会上(HUPO)被授予亚太地区青年科学家奖。主持国家“973“课题一项,完成国家自然科学基金青年课题1项,并参与和完成国家863项目、973项目、国家科技攻关重大专项等多项课题。

主要研究方向为蛋白质组学及蛋白质翻译后修饰。研究重点为定量蛋白质组研究技术在疾病标志物发现研究中应用;糖基化蛋白质组学研究技术的开发,规模化糖蛋白质定性及定量表达谱建立,糖基化生物标志物发掘及糖基化修饰的调控机制探索。
